The most colorful PATH or Lexicon of vegetable cooking is a large, colorful cookbook with 432 pages in a large format of 217x320mm and is the largest and most comprehensive cookbook I have published. It offers 555 recipes and tips that I cooked for myself and my husband while traveling together in our camper van. The recipes are enriched with stories and photographs, the author of which is my husband Robi.
The fourth cookbook in a row, this time it deals with European ingredients from the Czech Republic, France and Spain. Simple and quick recipes are focused on completely common ingredients that can be transformed into delicious, nutrient-rich and colorful dishes without meat, gluten and lactose. The cookbook points out that each of us has an individual eating journey and yet we can all come together at one table. In addition to comprehensive recipes, the book also includes basic recipes for making plant-based milks, butters, breads, cakes, cookies, spices, and ice cream. I consider this book my "masterpiece" and believe it is a timeless cookbook that every cooking enthusiast should have in their library.
